Meth Ring Broken Up by PCSO and FCSO

On Friday, December 13th, the Fergus County Sheriff’s Office Executed a Search Warrant on a residence in Roy Montana.

The search of the residence found a substantial amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. An arrest was made and the person was charged with Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Criminal Possession Dangerous Drugs with Intent to Distribute, as well as two other felonies and a misdemeanor.

The investigation is still ongoing and more arrests are expected. With information gathered during the investigation in Roy, the FCSO contacted the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office and shared information that linked their county into the case.

On Wednesday, December 18th, the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office executed search warrants on residences in Landusky and Malta. During these search warrants, more substantial quantities of Methamphetamine were discovered and seized. An arrest was made and they were charged with Criminal Possession of dangerous drugs and Criminal Possession Dangerous Drugs with Intent to Distribute.

Sheriff Peterson and Sheriff Lytle would like to commend their Deputies for working together and taking down a drug trafficking ring that has been supplying illegal narcotics to our communities.
