There will be Christmas Eve service at 4 p.m. at the Whitewater Lutheran Church.
Congratulations to the wrestlers. We have girls from Whitewater competing. Sports are emphasized here on the Hi-Line.
Ice skating and sledding were the sports when I grew up. We’d sled down the hills. However the snow and the ice had to be plentiful.
We used Whitewater Creek.
Now there isn’t enough water in the creek for ice skating.
In the late 1940’s or 1950’s there was a cave and after skating we’d go to this cave and roast hot dogs. We would warm up also.
Back to Whitewater, Christmas season is here, in the busy time of year, don’t forget that Jesus us the reason for the season.
Backtrack to Thanksgiving with Sally Austin and sons, Donovan, spent Thanksgiving with Sally Austin. Dennis Donovan is at a roping in Oklahoma.
Here’s a quote from a tv star James Arness. “There never was a horse that could not be rode and there never was a rider that could never be throwed”. (Whatever)
It is cold in Whitewater, so dress warm with a coat.
There is a postal strike going on in Canada.
Merry Christmas to All!!
