Press Release on Incident in Zortman

Sheriff Lytle's press release on the incident from Zortman that started on Wednesday and concluded on Thursday.

On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 0823 hours, the Phillips County Sheriff's Office received a phone call from a female reporting that a friend in the Zortman area had called her reporting that her house was on fire.

The dispatcher made several phone calls to confirm this but there did not appear to be a fire in that area.
