FYI: PHILLIPS COUNTY is under STAGE 1 FIRE RESTRICTIONS until further notice as ordered by the Phillips Co Commissioners.

All fingerprints that are needed for CWPs, schools, licensing or anything else are done from 9am to NOON every Wednesday.
