All fingerprints that are needed for CWPs, schools, licensing or anything else are done from 9am to NOON every Wednesday.

Concealed Weapon Permits:
New and renewal applications for Concealed Weapon Permits may be picked up at the Sheriff’s Office anytime. Once approved, you will be contacted to come in on Wednesday between 9 AM and noon for fingerprints and photographs.

12:54 p.m. Male reported a possible equipment fire west of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; found to be an asphalt plant.
1:12 p.m. Deputy performed building and residential security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.
3:33 p.m. Local Fish & Game Warden advised they would be having a game check station set up in South Phillips Co today.
4:48 p.m. Female reported a disabled vehicle on Hwy 204 south of Dodson; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle found to have been in a crash; no injuries to the driver; MHP Trooper handled the crash.
6:10 p.m. Several prank calls received on the Crimestoppers line.
8:13 p.m. Deputy performed building and residential security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas.
10:43 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, JaiZy BadRoad Mount, into PCSO Jail to serve time on a Probation Violation warrant.

2:58 p.m. Female reported a male walking on Hwy 2, west of Malta, going to cause a wreck; Sheriff responded to the call; male located, was walking off of the Hwy and appeared to be okay.
6:43 p.m. Several prank calls received on the Crimestoppers line.

1:47 a.m. Deputy performed building and residential security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.
6:10 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a juvenile “exposing” themselves through windows; Deputies responded to the call; individual transported to their residence and parent advised; case file started.

12:44 a.m. Deputy performed building and residential security checks in the Saco and Hwy 2 east areas.
11:00 a.m. Sheriff reported a disabled vehicle off of Hwy 2 near the Weigh Station; help had arrived and the vehicle was gone when the Sheriff returned to the area.
1:12 p.m. 911 received reporting a female had assaulted the caller at a Saco residence; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.
6:45 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested assistance with a smoke report in the Mission Canyon area; Deputy handled the call.
10:30 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, JaiZy BadRoad Mount, from PCSO Jail on time served.
October 30, 2024
12:30 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
8:10 a.m. Local business reported damaged to property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
8:35 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta School zones.
9:41 a.m. Deputy received a parking complaint about a trailer parked in the driving lane in the downtown area; driver located and advised they cannot park there.
10:48 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a student having dizzy spells at MHS; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
11:39 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male passed out near a grain bin east of Malta; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; PC Hospital later advised of a personal vehicle transport of this individual to their facility; ambulance canceled.
12:31 p.m. PC Hospital requested a coroner for a patient who passed away; Deputy responded to the call; coroner case file started.
1:07 p.m. Male reported finding an ATV ramp on Hwy 2, west of Saco.
6:10 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
7:16 p.m. Male reported theft of property from his business by an employee; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
10:55 p.m. Deputy performed building and residential security checks in the Dodson and Hwy 2 west areas.

8:37 a.m. Malta Fire Dept reported to the Malta Elementary School for Fire Prevention Week presentations.
