One Nation, Under God
Great week for me, so busy! Loved being at my old stomping ground, seeing the horizon at dawn and at sunset, gazing at the last super full moon of the year, enjoying the trees that Tom and I planted, and visiting with friends. On the way back to Billings on Saturday evening we hit our first blizzard of the season, between the Missouri River and Roundup! So thankful that Rod was driving!
Cindy Clark and I traveled to Glasgow on Tuesday. She had a dentist appointment and I visited with Liza Dyrdahl. We hit the new Albertsons store and it is huge, clean and has big aisles loaded with anything you could want!
The Friendsgiving celebration on Thursday gathered three of my friends together for lunch at Cindy Clark’s home. Lu Besel, Carol Lumsden and Cindy and I giggled and exchanged memories as we ate.
Lumsdens hosted Kyle Brigg’s family for the week of hunting deer. The report is deer are scarce, not as many as other years.
The Wine and Dino at the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum was a success! Much work by the board members pulled it off! A surprise guest was Sue Frary from South Dakota! She was very deeply involved in the early days of the GPDM!
How about those Mustangs, vying for top place this next Saturday! Congratulations and continue to win! Samuel Simonson is Loring’s resident football hero!
Let’s have a great week!
