Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge is recruiting to fill our Administrative Support Assistant (ASA) position. The ASA will be with the HR/payroll team as well as be responsible for a wide range of administrative support functions to the Refuge including but not limited to bill paying, working with the budget team, purchasing field and office supplies, answering and forwarding public inquiries, and submitting purchase requests. Salary will be between $21.14 and 30.54/hour, depending on experience. Vacation, sick leave, insurance, and retirement benefits are included. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate at least one year of relevant experience on their resume to qualify for consideration.
