One Nation, Under God

Whitewater News & Opinion for Wednesday, September 25, 2024

Sympathy to the victims of the floods down south.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends and family.

At North 40 Senior Meals last Wednesday, Lisa from Action for Eastern Montana spoke about Medicare changes and Medicaid along with other programs available for Seniors. It was very helpful.

Saturday night there was a meet and greet reception for Lane Engels and his bride, they live in Billings. Congratulations to the bride and groom.

Thanks to the ladies who brought me food and cake from the party. They were Linda Johnson and Gayle Wilcott and Diana Engels.

Thanks to Steve and Patti Young for the lovely red tomatoes and salsa. That is Steve’s specialty.

Also, thanks to all who bring me food.

Sally Austin, Janice Reichelt, and others participated in the Suicide Prevention Walk.

Most farmers are through combining. There is an abundance of hay in Whitewater and mostly Montana. It should be an easy winter with plenty of hay.

It’s a beautiful day in Whitewater.

Enjoy the nice weather!

Helen A.
