The Phillips County Library is accepting applications for two part-time library aides.
One position will be approximately 19 hours per week.
The second position will be approximately 8 hours per week.
Applicants for both positions must have a strong work ethic, computer and communication skills. Attention to detail and independent judgment necessary. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Glasgow Courier has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant. this position is a full-time salaried position with benefits available, after a 90-day probationary period.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We are looking for a team-player who is ready to jump in and assist with all tasks associated with publishing a weekly newspaper.
Tasks include: Providing office coverage, answering the phone, assisting customers, processing content for the newspaper, assisting with distribution of the newspaper, assisting with ad sales by building relationships with business owners/key stakeholders, designing ads for the newspaper with provided information, and other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, possession of a valid driver's license, minimal insurance required by law and reliable vehicle, experiene with Word Processing, Social Media, and E-mail, work well with others, attention to detail is a must, self-motivated, takes directions and constructive criticism, experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.

Montana Driver’s License in good standing for E-Class buses (Ford Expedition)
