Malta School Board Mtg

School Board Meetings are held every second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the MHS Boardroom. Times and dates are subject to change.

City Council Meetings

City Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at City Hall at 5 p.m.

Knitting and Crochet Club

The Knitting & Crochet Club will meet at Gone to Pieces Quilt Shop at 11 a.m. every Thursday.

Lunch at River’s Bend

Mon. and Wed. River’s Bend Assisted Living has soup and salad available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Call 406-654-2106 for more information.

Museum/Historical Society Board Mtgs.

8-12-24 The P. C. Museum will hold their Board meeting on Monday, August 12, at 5:30 p.m. followed by the P. C. Historical Society Board meeting at 6:30 p.m.

MT Veterans Affairs

8-14-24 Veteran Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting the Malta to meet with Veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD214) with you. Veterans and family members that are unable to meet with a Veteran Service Officer at a specified date/time, should call (406) 265-4225 to make other meeting arrangements. If bad weather exists on days of travel, please stay tuned to the local radio station for updated information regarding our outreach schedule.

Saco School Community Picnic

8-15-24 Please join the Saco School in welcoming the 2024-2025 school year with a community picnic in the school’s quiet area (next to the gym entrance) on Thursday, August 15th from 6-7 pm. Food will be provided by the school, and door prizes will be given out. All community members are welcome to join in the fun!
