Wiebe Family Observes 60 Years!

April 5th is a day Sandra and Lester Wiebe will not soon forget. On that day, in 1964, Lester took Sandra to be wife and the bond and love have lasted 60 years, and they are looking forward to many more together.

Sandra had as her maid of honor, Sharon Dyrdahl Hill and her junior bridesmaid was her sister, Lexie. Nancy Ruud Cole had the honor of being the flower girl at the celebration.

Lester chose his brother, Harold, as his best man, and brother, Richard, as a groomsman. His nephew, Arne Wiebe, served as the ring bearer.

The couple pledged their vows before friends and family with Pr, Luther Larsen officiating at the ceremony at the Malta Lutheran Church. They honeymooned in the Whitefish, Flathead and Glacier area.

On Saturday, April 6th, 2024, friends and family gathered at their home for a small gathering, cake and refreshments. The cake was decorated in silver bling bands and white roses. Floral bouquets of roses and carnations graced the table; Sandra and Lester wore white rose corsages, all which were gifts from friends and family.

Hosts for the occasion were their son, Kevin, and granddaughter, Corrine Hould, who served the ice cream and cake. Randee Lundstrom captured the celebration in pictures.
