One Nation, Under God

Whitewater News & Opinion for Wednesday, May 1, 2024

Beware of all scams!

Congratulations to the two new additions to the Wisher family. Connie had a baby girl and Jana had a baby boy. They live in South Carolina. Both women lived in Whitewater. Again congratulations!

Baby calves have been arriving daily, most ranchers have all their calves.

There are cattle by Whitewater Creek Bridge. Maybe they belong to Howard Berg.

The grass is green now so the cattle can eat.

However, the ground is so dry. We pray for rain.

Recently Paul and Leona came out and we ate at the North 40 Cafe.

Paul baked me a delicious birthday cake. Thanks to them.

The Whitewater school year is winding down. The concert was on April 25 and the track meet was on April 26th. More on that later.

Congratulations to Whitewater School teacher Ms. Dunbar on her recognition as “Teacher of the Year”.

Also, congratulations to Lu Besel and Dixie Stordahl on their good work awards at the Phillips County Dinosaur Museum.

A beautiful day here in Whitewater! Mom’s tulips are blooming.

Enjoy the Spring!

Helen A.
