One Nation, Under God
On Tuesday, April 16, ladies across the county are invited to join their neighbors and friends at a presentation hosted by Ladies Who Ag, which is an opportunity to continue gathering and building through educational opportunities through the Montana Farmers Union.
Beginning at 4:30 p.m., the event will start with a tour at the Field and Flower Cut Farm, which is located at 208 Green Acres Drive in Malta.
Following the demonstration and talk there will be a presentation by Christina Murphy, Phillips County Extension Agent. Her topic of interest will be on Feral Pigs, and might be a hoot hoot to partake in.
Dinner will be hosted by the Montana Farmers Union at the GN Hotel, compliments of MFU. Speakers will provide updates on MFU events, as well as programming and opportunities. This is a great way to get involved in agriculture. Please RSVP if you plan to attend by April 14th to Mari Jenni at 406-380-0051, or by emailing her at: [email protected] or you may call Christina Murphy at 406-654-2543, as well.
You do not have to be an agriculture producer to be part of the LWA. Those who have an interest in agriculture, the products, crafts or businesses related to ag are welcome. The event is a casual gathering of your neighbors and friends; mark your calendar and get your RSVP sent in and join the group for a fun afternoon and meal.
