'More than 100 candidates file on opening day of 2024 candidate filing'

Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen says more than 100 candidates filed for office on the opening day of the 2024 Montana candidate filing period.

"Congratulations to each of the candidates who filed on the opening day, and thank you for volunteering your service to represent your community," said Secretary Jacobsen. "It's an honor and a privilege to serve as an elected official, and we're happy to have assisted these new candidates with this important first step."
