One Nation, Under God
The entire Henry family was filled with shock and sorrow when Judy Bridgewater Henry, 75 years old, wife of Steven Henry of Laurel, died suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 29, of complications of Alzheimer's and cancer. Memorial services were December 4 in Laurel. All seven of Steve's siblings, Karen of Virginia, Roger of Indiana, Art of North Dakota, Bill of Havre, Cheryl of Laurel, Linda of East Helena and Teresa of Choteau, as well as Steve's mother, Eldora Henry were able to attend. Judy's two daughters and their husbands of Washington, Heidi & Phil Hargarten and Heather and Sok Kahana, and only grandchild, Juniper, were also able to attend. Judy's eldest sister Betty, husband Tom and sons, Monte and Wayne of Bozeman were also in attendance. She is also survived by her younger sister, Eileen (Denis Bourdeau) of Denver Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Katie Bridgewater of Bozeman.
Judy taught school for over 30 years in Billings, so had many friends and former students attending. Judy went to Japan on the Fulbright Teacher Exchange and won the Presidential Award for Science. She always had a beautiful yard and was always helping people - quietly and simply. Our tribute to her - She was always a lady.
