Notice of Close of Regular Registration for the

City of Malta – Ward 1 General Election

Notice is hereby given that regular* registration for the City of Malta - Ward 1 Municipal General Election to be held on November 7, 2023, will close at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. The Town of Dodson, Town of Saco and City of Malta – Ward 2 elections have been

cancelled per MCA 13-1-403.

If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election in person at the Phillips County Election Office until 8:00 p.m. on election day.

All active and inactive*electors of the City of Malta – Ward 1 are entitled to vote at said election.

 **Ballots will be automatically mailed to Active Electors only in the City of Malta – Ward 1 on October 19, 2023. If you are a registered voter and do not receive a ballot, you may be inactive, please contact the Phillips County Election Office to update your information as necessary and receive a ballot.

Persons who wish to register and who are not presently registered may do so by requesting a Registration Form by mail before the close of regular voter registration or by appearing at the Phillips County Election Office located in the Courthouse, 314 S 2 nd Avenue West in Malta. If you

have moved, please update your registration information by filling out a new voter registration card and submitting it to the Phillips County Election Office.
