One Nation, Under God
Gifted and talented thespians emerged on Trafton Park on June 28th and the audience was not disappointed. Young actors found the stage and "The Three Musketeers" came to life before those gathered for entertainment.
The lively and finely paced action included soundtracks for effects and the audience was caught up in the evening fun once the rain dispelled. Actors portraying 10-12 characters in the King Louie era captivated even the young audience at Trafton. One could hear the bells toll, screeches, and squeals, and when the three men leaped onto their horses, it was so intensifying one almost glanced around for horse droppings.
The theatre setting was refreshing and long-time attendees remarked that this was the largest crowd to attend since the program has been coming to Malta. With a gentle rain for openers to settle the dust, a calm group of mosquitos, and a few ants that were early for the picnic on the 4th, one could not ask for a better setting. Just think...it was right here in our hometown!
