Lauren Tuss earns $10,000 2023 Fred Robinson Scholarship

Lauren Tuss, a senior at Malta High School, is the 2023 recipient of the Fred L. Robinson scholarship.

The Scholarship has been given annually by the Robinson family to a Phillips county senior for over 50 years. The scholarship is in the amount of $10,000.00.

Lauren is ranked second in her class while taking many advanced placement classes. She is a member of the National Honor Society, FCCLA, Pep club, band, choir, 4-H and has been class President all four years. She is also active in her church's youth group.

She has been actively involved in athletics including basketball, volleyball and track.

Miss Tuss plans to attend Carrol college and obtain a bachelor's degree in Biology and then plans to attend medical school.

Lauren is the daughter of Walter and Janine Tuss.
