One Nation, Under God

Whitewater News & Opinion for Wednesday, April 12, 2023

It is April 2023, sympathy to farmers and ranchers who are calving in this snow, ice, and cold weather. Also, sympathy to the calves and sheep who have endured the weather this long, hard winter. THINK SPRING!

Representative Gideon Wesley Koss was out at Whitewater Church Sunday. They raised money to put Bibles in hotel rooms and other places.

Jeannie Green sold most of her sheep. She will miss them, won’t you Jeannie Green?

Well, I am trying to renew my passport. I only need the small one, to go to Canada to see daughters and family. It shouldn’t be too difficult. There is so much paperwork to fill out.

Here’s what is strange. I live 40 miles from the Canadian Border. I was born in Helena, Mt, and lived in Montana all my life. Yet they send the forms and paperwork all the way to Texas to process. Why can’t the passports be handled by the border patrol office? It seems Texas has enough to handle with all the immigrants. Anyway, we still need passports just to cross the US/Canada Border near Loring Montana.
