P. C. Cattlewomen Announce 2023's First New Resident

It has been a tradition of Phillips County CattleWomen to acknowledge the first new resident born each year; and though we have taken a hiatus during the covid years we are happy to resume it with the first resident born of 2023, Libby Boos! Libby was born on January 9, 2023, to Kyle and Kirsten Boos, and doesn't she just make the cutest little calf!
