A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required for each hard copy plan set. WALKTHROUGHS WILL BE ARRANGED WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT. NO ORGANIZED OR SCHEDULED WALKTHROUGH WILL BE HELD. Attendees shall meet at #1 High School Lane, S. 9th St. West, Malta, MT 59538. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. PUBLICE NOTICE FOR OPERATING ASSISTANCE
This is to notify all interested parties that PHILLIPS TRANSIT AUTHORITY is applying for $185,506.00 under the Montana Department of Transportation’s Operating Grant Program 5311. Funding will be used for operating expenses associated with providing transportation services to the general public, elderly and persons with disabilities within Phillips County for the FY 2024 .
