A gift not everyone received!

SSG Nate Salsbery of Malta received a Christmas gift from his wife, Krissy. She shipped a live tree to his unit, the 484th Military Police Company, a National Guard unit – in Afghanistan. For many stationed there (well…most) it was the first live tree anyone had seen in a war zone.

New Year’s Resolution

(Grade School) Kaycee Bond: Do you know what a resolution means? I do. It means you keep a promise. My New Year’s Resolution is to be nice to my sister. For one reason me and my sister don’t get along that good. I can drive her insane and she drives me insane. For another reason, I would enjoy not to argue with my sister, at least for a day. I don’t want to argue with her anymore. Most importantly, I think it is a good resolution for this year. I think not arguing is a good thing for me. But my sister sometimes starts the fight.

…keep up or lose…
