All 60's Reunion Dates set for June of 2023; Next Meeting September 28

The “All 60’s Class Reunion” committee has set the date of June 3-4-5, 2023. for our 60th celebration. Our next meeting will be Sept 21, 5:30 at the Tin Cup. Everyone is encouraged to attend this meeting and if you have a suggestion, we would love to hear about them.

We used social media last time to connect with all of our classmates, it seemed to work fine. We created a group on Facebook, “All 60’s Class Reunion”, just go in and ask to be invited and one of your classmates will invite you into the group. You will see many of our plans as we are in the midst of it and you have a chance to share your ideas.

We also created a group on E-mail as another connection [email protected]. For both of these groups, we rely on classmates inviting other classmates with the hope that eventually all classmates that are on social media will respond. And as it is with Facebook, you can join right in with ideas of your own.

Classmates who live locally and/or have access to the Phillips County News, we want this to be your invitation to the “All 60’s Class Reunion”. And, as with Facebook and e-mail, we ask that you share this with classmates that you are in touch with.

We are doing our best to make sure that all classmates of these 10 classes are aware of our plans for this reunion. We have one or two “GO TO” people from each class that you can call if you have any questions-(these are the same as last time): just yell if you want to be one of them or let someone know if you don’t want to be a “GO TO” person……

Class of 64: Marcella Andrews McEwen. Class of 65: Mary Guttormson Cosgriffe and Digger Hanson. Class of 66: Dianne Goodheart Salsbery and Cindy Totman Scott. Class of 67: Margaret Maxie Hanson. Class of 68: Gail Stiles Cummings, Marla Ashby Sisco, Grant Sundseth, and Art/Mary (Lang) Lundstrom. Class of 69: Suzanne Taylor Koss and Theresa Bebee Frye.

-The “ALL 60-s CLASS REUNION, will begin on Friday evening June 3 at 6:00 at the TIN CUP with light snacks and registration.

- A casual dinner on Saturday evening beginning at 6:00 at the Tin Cup and entertainment with “Pippin DJ”.

- A Sunday morning brunch will be held at the Tin Cup Sunday AM

- We have great ideas for other activities some requiring competition.

- The cost for the weekend is to be determined. Please sign up by May 15th, and remember, spread the word.
