One Nation, Under God
Nature’s furnace has been on high this past week! The crops are ripening to a golden color. The peas are getting hardened up also. Seems a bit early to me but with the lack of moisture to begin with and then the heat, it happens.
The flycatchers have started another clutch of eggs. I was quite surprised to see four eggs in the nest that is on the deck! Those little birds really catch the flies and moths. Good luck to the little momma! This will be the first year two batches hatched out!
Lu Besel and I traveled over to Ft. Peck theater on Sunday for Forever Patsy Cline. It was outstanding! Great music and comedy! The place was almost packed, air conditioning was on but still plenty warm in the gallery! We stopped in Glasgow for lunch and ran into Debbie Anderson and her mother, Judy, on their way to the play also! We had a great visit!
Healing prayers to Kyler Veneble of Miles City, Jeanie Green's grandson, who had a horrible accident on an atv last Saturday.
Cindy Clark and I went to Havre on Tuesday. I had an appointment but I also had a couple of paintings matted. When we go out of the county we have to try a different restaurant. Loring Woman’s Club will meet at Cindy Clark’s home on Wednesday at 7. Stay cool and be kind.
