One Nation, Under God
NEWS FLASH: Mr. and Mrs. Crotch. Marvin and Julie were married in June. What a surprise! They have not been together long, maybe a whirlwind romance.
They visited some (including me) in Whitewater. Julie was an Austin, Sally’s daughter, and my niece. Congratulations to them on their wedding!
They plan on living in Joliet (near Billings). Best of luck to them and all June weddings!
Welcome to the new arrival in Whitewater. It’s a baby boy, his name is Mitchell Caralson! Mitchell is my son’s name!
Adam and Taylor are proud parents, they now have 3 little boys.
Jason and Courtney Hellie have 6 boys! So, there are 9 Hellie boys in Whitewater.
Jeanie Green and others went to the Fort Peck Theatre, Challise and Tim Hoff and Gale Young had gone to the theatre a few weeks ago. I enjoy the theatre.
Fort Peck Dam is the largest man-made dam in the world. There were probably thousands involved and/or working at the dam.
My uncles, Ted Austin, and Gus Guslander both helped build the dam.
The town of Fort Peck has a great history, so does the very old theatre.
My favorite play at the Fort Peck Theatre was the Sound of Music.
Sunday, my friend Irene Wendalyn and her friend Ada from Northern Canada, were in Malta. They attended the great music at the VFW Club. The musicians were Warren Taylor and Vince Mace. Vince’s nickname is Spanky. All the musicians were so talented and made great music.
Now that July 4 is over, many are thinking of the fair, (hope you are)!
Don’t forget to water your plants!
Take Care
Helen A.
