Woodruff takes inaugural position in Miami

We are making a bittersweet announcement to our members, partners and community that Dr. Cary Woodruff has left employment with the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum (GPDM) and has taken a new position as the inaugural Curator of Vertebrate Paleontology at Frost Science in Miami Florida. This is a very exciting opportunity for Cary and we wish him only the very best in this endeavor.

Dr. Woodruff will continue to serve as a paleontology advisor to GPDM on designated projects until we are able to secure a replacement. GPDM wants to stress that we will maintain operations and continue in our effort to be a tremendous asset locally and along the Montana Dinosaur Trail. Please direct any questions or concerns to our board of directors via GPDM phone or email.

We truly appreciate Cary's dedication and hardwork at GPDM for the last seven years and will honor him with a farewell toast during our annual "Beverages & Bones" event starting at 4PM on Saturday, July 9th . Please join us.

With best regards, The Board of Directors Great Plains Dinosaur Museum
