One Nation, Under God
Dr. Masa Shibata and Dr. Takuya Imai, paleontology researchers from the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum located in Katsuyama, Japan recently visited the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum and historic fossil sites in addition to museums in eastern Montana, North Dakota and Indiana learning about fossils discovered within the Judith River and other land formations.
While in Malta the researchers joined special friends of GPDM for a dinner where both enjoyed a great beef steak and Montana microbrew beers. They applauded our local museum for its excellent exhibits and curated displays. Quite a contrast compared to the Fukui Museum, which sees up to 6000 visitors each day and is known as one of the leading dinosaur museums in the world.
