Whitewater Schools Graduation was May 13. The lone graduate was Hannah Hanley. She has been active in sports and all activities. Hannah will be missed. She plans to go to college. We wish her “Good Luck and God Bless.”

Also, congratulations to our four eighth grade graduates. They are Sommer Green, Kennedy Simonson, Austin Hanley, and Tyler Scheffelmear. Hope you enjoy high school.

Recently, Jason Hellie got an award from the FWP. (Does that stand for Fish, Wildlife, and Parks)? Congratulations Jason and family.

We had a little rain on Sunday and Monday. It settled the dust, wonderful!

Welcome to the family of six, (four children) who work at Jesse Simonson’s. I’ll try to get their names later.

If you have news, call me or write.

Happy Birthday to May Birthdays. This includes my niece Kelly (Brown) Blackford, a former Whitewater resident, also my granddaughter Sheila of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and all who are celebrating birthdays in May.

Here in Whitewater, I can hear the geese on Whitewater creek, and birds, especially meadowlarks.

My tulips are in full bloom, pink, yellow, and red. A tribute to my mom who planted them 50 years ago. How wonderful!
