Sympathy to all refugees and victims of the war started by Russia.
Pat Murdock called and said Richard Dunbar is at the Dunbar ranch. She said Dixie Moore (his sis) is his capable nurse. “Get Well” to Richard and all who are sick.
Saturday, we (Jean and I) went to Sleeping Buffalo to swim. The pools were full, also there was a birthday party, how fun!
Again, Congratulations to basketball teams, especially the NC Mavericks.
I listened to many of the games on KMMR radio. That is a real service.
On Monday we went to MHS for the concert sponsored by the NE Montana Arts Programs. It starred John Roberts, also Tony Roberts, former Malta residents.
Their parents John and Jan now live in Billings. Anyway, the concert music was different and unique. It was much “calypso”, with words in the South American language. It was very good.
We also met Julie (Austin) Cole. It is always good to see her.
The price of gas and oil, and running a vehicle, has gone up so high. “A penny earned is a penny saved”. Maybe everyone should carpool, make fewer trips and or take public transportation when possible. I wish we had a bus. There are school buses or trains going north and south into Canada. We are so isolated.
Anyway, think spring!
