The last day for candidates to file for County Offices will be March 14, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Any person wishing to file for office, who is a registered voter in Phillips County, may obtain the required forms and fee information from the Phillips County Election Office located in the Courthouse at 314 S 2nd Ave West or by calling 406-654-2423.

NO BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS: Received at the Phillips County Commissioner's Office P.O. Box 360, no later than 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 12, 2022. Bids are to be presented in a sealed envelope containing a complete copy of the bid and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "Vehicle Bid." Bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on January 3, 2021. The Phillips County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept any bid they deem to be in the best interest of Phillips County.
