Sympathy and prayers to the victims of the tornadoes in Kentucky and other places. It is so sad.

Congratulations Connie (formerly Wisher) and her husband on the arrival of their son in South Carolina! That is their second son. Pastor and Anita Wisher are the proud grandparents, here in Whitewater.

Shout out to correspondent of local news Dixie Stordahl, Loring; Eldora Henry, Dodson; Pat Murdock, North Whitewater; and me (Helen) Whitewater News.

Congratulations to all November and December birthdays, including Ashley Somer Green and all birthdays listed in Pat Murdock’s news.

Last week, Jean Green took Sommer and Rory Green to the Sleeping Buffalo. We met Joyce Donovan of Kremlin, Julie Cole and Kay Donovan. We had a nice visit in the pools. The pools were packed with many children too.

Tuesday, December 14, I went to Malta and attended the Christmas Concert. It was wonderful music.

I also had dinner with the Siewings.

There will be church at the Whitewater Lutheran Church on Christmas Eve at 4 p.m. Whitewater Baptist church has a regular Sunday church service at 11 a.m. Sunday school first at 10 a.m.

Wednesday evening Bible study at 6 p.m.
