My daughter-lin-law Judy (Steve) was operated on for cancer last Thursday and is doing well. We all wish her a speedy recovery and send get well wishes and prayers.

Lots of birthdays this weeek, Betty Munson, my daughter Linda and my great granddaughter Megan and several that have passed on looking at my list. I myself even had another one this week, can't count how many--don't have enough toes and fingers--must be 29 and holding. Many thanks for all the cards and calls I received----It's always nice to be remembered.

Polly Solberg attended the graveside services memorial for Molly Jo Minugh on Saturday and then took in the elementary basketball at the school in the afternoon.

We had light rain on Monday night and again on Friday night with it turning into a short wet snow storm on Saturday morning. The later sunshine soon had all the snow gone. Havre and west got a much heavier snow of several inches. The tempurture went down so the last few days were pretty chilly with all the moisture.

Congratulations are sent out to all having anniversarys this week and birthday greetings are sent to Richard Gilmore and all the other birthday people this week also. Have a good one.

If we could sell our experiences for what they cost us, we'd all be millionaires.......

Have a good week and hope for some more warm weather---remember to set your clocks back on the 7th when Daylight Savings Time ends. Remember to vote on Election day for the offices being seeked.

Good to see the people who own the Enid Price house here to hunt and they were cleaning up the lawns and yard this week.

Saturday night was about the coldest I have seen on my weather station----a cool 23 degrees. It did warm up again but the wind blew again and these last couple days it has ben a cold one.

I can't believe some flowers around are still blooming----they are hardy little devils ( or like me they don't want winter to come yet.)

Birthdays included my daughter, Linda,my great grand daughter Megan and her husband Phil, and Betty Munson, and another one even snuck over the hill and caught me. Greetings are sent to them and to all the others here that are celebrating another . Have a good one,

You know you are getting old when your broker only suggests investments with a short term yield.

Remember to smile and enjoy the week---while it's nice,
