Lady Mavs head to Scobey to 3C Tourney

The North Country Mavericks Volleyball Team have earned the third seed in the 2021 3C District Tournament this weekend, thanks to their 9-3 record against 3C opponents.

“We are feeling pretty optimistic that we are coming together at the right time,” Mavericks Coach Charlene Wasson said.

The Mavericks, who are 11-5 overall will face Richey-Lambert, the 3C’s 6th seed on Thursday, October 28, at 3 p.m. in Scobey.

Though 13 of 10 district teams will enter the 3C tourney after the play-in games on Tuesday, October 26, only five of those teams will make the Eastern C Divisional Tournament in Sidney...
