One Nation, Under God

Loring News for Wednesday, July 28, 2021

Loring is still in the throes of summer with hot dry weather. I know some people thrive in the hotness, but I’m ready for highs in the 70’s. In three months I’ll be wondering why it’s so cold! Never satisfied!!

I saw a family of Hungarian partridges and am happy that they have survived thus far!

Our community extends sympathy to the Martin Campbell family.

Carol Lumsden traveled with the Norville grandkids to Lewistown for the swim meet. The girls have improved so much this summer!

The Loring Sunday Funday was a huge success again this year! The weather was perfect. The slides were busy all day! And the food and conversation excellent! Loring doesn’t have many people, but lots of them were in attendance, along with people from Turner, Dodson, south Malta, and Whitewater! The free will donation went to the Loring Hall fund. Thank you everyone!
