NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FY21 BUDGET AMENDMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Phillips County, Montana intend to amend the budget for the 2021 fiscal year and that said budget amendment affects the following functions: general government; ambulance and public safety.

The proposed amendment will be due to the unanticipated revenue received from the State and Federal government due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other grants. Details are open to public inspection in the office of the County Clerk, 314 $ 2nd Ave W, Malta, Montana.

The Board will meet on the 19th day of April, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing and consideration of the amendment to the original budget. Said hearing is to be held in the Commissioners' Office in the Phillips County Courthouse, 314 S 2nd Ave W, Malta Montana.

Any taxpayer or resident may appear at the hearing and will be heard for or against any part of the proposed budget amendments.

Written comments are encouraged and will be reviewed by the Commissioners if received by the Phillips

County Commissioners' Office at least three business days prior to the hearing.
