One Nation, Under God
The staff and Board of Directors for the Judith River Foundation, Inc, dba the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum (GPDM) in Malta invites their members and any interested community members to join them in a Strategic Planning effort that will help them set direction and priorities for the organization in the coming months and future years.
GPDM Board Member Anne Boothe states “We’re excited to start this process and stress the importance of involving the Malta and Phillips County community.” Adding that “the right strategic plan will help us prioritize and make sure we are doing the right things at the right time – not only for our museum, but the community and our tourism partners, now and as we transition leadership in the future.”
The effort will be led by Stacia Martineau, a Public Administration/Nonprofit Management graduate student with the University of Montana. Stacia, who lives in Bynum, Montana is actively engaged with the Two Medicine Dinosaur Center. Her Geoscience education background, real life and leadership experiences are vital to the success of the planning effort. Her work with GPDM is provided under an Internship opportunity with the UofM.
Public engagement is welcome on Saturday, March 13th from 1pm to 5pm for SWOT Analysis and Strategic Issues. The session will be held in the Phillips County Library basement conference room. RSVP is appreciated to any board member or via email to [email protected].
