One Nation, Under God

Loring News for January 6, 2021

Happy new year everyone! I'm wishing a prosperous year for each of you!

I saw five bald eagles last week on the way to Malta! I felt like I hit the jackpot!

My Amyrilis is blooming and the other one is growing like crazy! They are so beautiful at this time of year!

Jupiter is still bright in the west right as it gets dark. The full cold moon ended 2020 brightly!

The Slade children spent the week with nana and papa Lumsden. They spent new years eve with the Norville's. The Blunt's worked at the rodeo. Jonnae came up to pick up the kids on Sunday.

I had quite the week! On Wednesday I had Travis Taylor come look at my garage door because it wasn't closing without holding the wall button. Then because I didn't have water for a day, Bum and Linda Petrie made a call and the well had to be pulled. The couplers between the lengths of pipe had disintegrated and allowed the water to seep back down. So they put new couplers made of a different material between the pipes and now I have lots of water! Also that same day I got my half of beef delivered by Pete Lumsden and he stayed and helped Petries with the well.

Tina Russell and Lu Besel were guests of mine on New Years Eve. We had dinner and then put a jigsaw puzzle together as we laughed and talked!

Janice Erfle came over on January 1 tea. It was her birthday and the beginning of a new year. Whitney Blunt, Tana Oyler and Taylor Hellie treated me to lunch with them on Thursday!

Loring Lutheran Church will hold services at 9 on Sunday. Everyone is welcome!

Sympathy to the Chip Pewitt family and friends on his untimely death.

Be kind!
