Two weeks in a row, I've seen a young eagle on the way to Whitewater! Let me make that clear, I was on the way to Whitewater, I think he lived there. It certainly brightened my day! I haven't seen one yet but one of my friends, Cindy Clark called to report that she saw a snowy owl!
