Phillips County Sheriff's Report for Wednesday, October 28, 2020

October 8 through portion of October 15, 2020.

Concealed Weapon Permits:

New and renewal applications for Concealed Weapon Permits may be picked up at the Sheriff’s Office anytime. Once approved, you will be contacted to come in on Wednesday between 9 AM and noon for fingerprints and photographs.

FINGERPRINTS can be done at the Sheriff’s Office on WEDNESDAYs only, from 9am-noon, unless other arrangements have been made with the Sheriff’s Office.

October 8, 2020

2:09 a.m. Alarm Monitoring requested medical attention for a customer at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

3:11 a.m. 911 received reporting a personal vehicle transport of a male having a possible heart attack north of Malta; local EMT Crew responded to the call and transported the patient to the PC Hospital.

12:53 p.m. Female reported an erratic vehicle on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and was stuck in the construction zone.

1:33 p.m. 911 received reporting a female was kicked by a horse south of Malta; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

2:23 p.m. Male given a one-night stay at a local motel through Ministerial Assistance.

3:27 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Ernest Miramon Jr, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Sexual Assault x2-Felony charges.

5:09 p.m. Male reported theft of Identity; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

5:32 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Ernest Miramon Jr, from PCSO Jail to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time.

5:51 p.m. Male reported a vehicle parked in a handicapped spot without handicapped plates or a placard; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

8:57 p.m. Male reported a light on at a City lift station; information passed onto City employee.

October 9, 2020

8:30 a.m. Male reported an injured deer off of the Regina Road south of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; deer located and humanely euthanized.

9:10 a.m. Male reported damage to his vehicle’s windshield; Deputy responded to the call; male didn’t want anything done, just wanted it reported.

8:46 a.m. Malta FD reported to the Malta Elementary School for a Fire Prevention week presentation.

12:26 p.m. Female reported an abandoned bicycle at her residence; Deputy responded to the call and removed the bicycle.

2:11 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a male that was harassing her; Deputy handled the call.

2:56 p.m. Male given a one-night stay at a local motel through Ministerial Assistance.

4:05 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance with a family member that was “acting insane”; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

5:51 p.m. Male reported theft of firearms from a Whitewater residence; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

6:33 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the game.

7:38 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 11am Saturday to 9pm Sunday.

7:47 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a family member; Deputy and Sheriff responded to the call; male removed from the location and taken to his own residence.

8:13 p.m. 911 received reporting the caller had been threatened by another male in the downtown area; Deputy handled the call.

9:25 p.m. Female reported a juvenile was bullied by another juvenile at the football game; Deputy handled the call.

9:28 p.m. Male reported a light on at a City lift station; information passed onto City employee.

9:54 p.m. Male reported receiving a threatening note on his vehicle while parked on a public street; Sheriff handled the call.

9:58 p.m. Male reported another male acting weird and chasing the React kids in Trafton Park; Sheriff handled the call.

11:31 p.m. Female reported receiving suspicious phone calls last night and again tonight; caller ID said private number.

October 10, 2020

2:06 a.m. Female reported an unwanted male banging on her apartment door; Deputies responded to the call; male not located in the area.

2:17 a.m. Sheriff performed building security checks in the Malta area.

3:00 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 11am today until 9pm Sunday.

8:09 a.m. Juvenile requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving the juvenile’s parents; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

11:26 a.m. 911 received reporting a one vehicle rollover with no injuries on Stage Road; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:14 p.m. Female reported a male lying in the street; Deputy responded to the call; male left on his own accord in a vehicle before Deputy arrived.

12:28 p.m. Deputy requested a tow truck for the vehicle involved in the rollover; local towing company handled the call.

12:56 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell off of a horse near Camp Creek; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

12:58 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with another female who left the residence and was suicidal; Deputy responded to the call; female located and was okay.

1:51 p.m. Deputy assisted a male with getting the chain put back on his bicycle.

2:43 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9pm Sunday.

3:38 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance at a local apartment for a male having a possible mental breakdown; Deputies responded to the call; case file started; male later transported to the PC Hospital for a medical evaluation.

5:06 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

8:01 p.m. 911 received reporting the caller had chased off some highly intoxicated individuals from his property near the DY Junction; vehicle took off on Route 66; information passed onto Deputies and Ft Belknap LE.

8:08 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9pm Sunday.

9:25 p.m. 911 received reporting a grass fire near Jordan in Garfield Co; information passed onto BLM Fire Dispatch.

October 12, 2020

3:09 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 10am-8pm today.

7:46 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having trouble breathing; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

9:36 a.m. Female reported hearing lots of gunshots near her residence; Undersheriff handled the call.

9:56 a.m. 911 received reporting a juvenile may have taken a prescription medication by accident; EMT responded to the call; individual advised to call Poison Control as well; juvenile later found to have not taken any pills.

2:10 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8pm.

2:15 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a patient at a local residence; Undersheriff responded to the call; patient located and was okay, with family members at his residence.

2:31 p.m. Ft Belknap LE reported a vehicle on Hwy 2, headed eastbound, that had broken windows; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle not located.

6:05 p.m. Female reported an individual parked by her residence in Zortman; while still on the phone the caller advised the individual and vehicle left the location.

6:42 p.m. Several 911s received reporting a one vehicle rollover south of the Fred Robinson Bridge in Fergus Co; calls transferred to Fergus Co SO.

7:50 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory will expire at 8pm.

10:16 p.m. Female reported suspicious activity at a neighbor’s residence; Deputy responded to the call; individual located and found to be the residential owner.

October 13, 2020

12:51 a.m. PC Hospital requested law enforcement assistance with a patient that was supposed to be coming into the hospital; Deputy handled the call.

2:35 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with getting a male having a mental breakdown to the PC Hospital; Deputies handled the call.

3:29 a.m. Deputies transported one adult male, Dane Dvorshak, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

October 14, 2020

3:04 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6pm.

10:06 a.m. Male reported damage to tires on a vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

10:31 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with hunters on property with livestock; Deputy responded to the call; information passed onto Fish & Game Wardens.

2:12 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6pm.

6:02 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory has expired.

7:12 p.m. Female reported an erratic vehicle, driving without taillights, on Hwy 191 south; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

8:06 p.m. Female reported an injured deer on Hwy 191 north of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; deer located and humanely euthanized.

October 15, 2020

1:31 a.m. 911 received reporting a domestic situation at a Dodson residence; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

2:15 a.m. Deputies transported one adult male, Frank Cole, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

2:32 a.m. Blaine Co SO requested PCSO assistance with locating a female and juveniles that were possibly in the Malta area; Deputies responded to the call; all hotels/motels and parks checked; vehicle and individuals not located in Malta.

2:55 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 11am-8pm today.

6:47 a.m. Female reported aggressive and loose dogs in a residential area; information passed onto ACO.

10:21 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Frank Cole, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

10:32 a.m. Male reported a motorcycle running up and down the street; Deputy responded to the call; motorcycle not located.

10:37 a.m. Female reported a family member received a very rude text message from an unknown phone number; Deputy handled the call.

11:17 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance for a situation involving a juvenile at a Dodson residence; Deputy responded to the call; adult male advised juvenile needed to stay at the residence.

1:30 p.m. Male reported a deer with an arrow stuck in it, in the ditch, off of Hwy 191 north of Malta; caller advised the deer was still alive; Deputy responded to the call; deer found to have been deceased since last night when it was humanely euthanized by another Deputy.

2:11 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8pm.

2:18 p.m. Female requested advice on what to do with a vehicle she sold to a recently incarcerated individual; Deputy handled the call.

5:55 p.m. Deputy and Reserve Deputy transported one adult male, Dane Dvorshak, from PCSO Jail to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time.

7:47 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

8:21 p.m. Female reported someone trying to kill her dogs; Deputy handled the call.
