One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for October 21, 2020

The weather has been cold all week and seems like it is to stay that way for several more days at least. At least we have not had the snow they have had around Billings and the lower part of the state. The ground was white with the frost the one morning and it was said to be 20 degrees this morning.

Things have been very quiet around town. Bonnie Lankford and her crew came up and did a couple of little favors for Dora which was very appreciated.

Nathan Solberg was home visiting his Mom, Polly for a few days.

The operation on Kay Taylor’s shoulder seems to have fixed it up and after staying with her sister Velyma for a few days is home where a daughter came to help her for a while. We wish her well on her continued healing and hope she is out of pain. Get well Kay!

Terri Cole was taken to Malta with stomach pains by her son Steve. She was treated and is better, get well wishes are sent to her for good health again.

Polly Solberg said she still has several Blue Jays visiting at her place. We do not seem to have many birds at all around our places the last few days and I did not see a Blue Jay this year.

Among those celebrating birthdays were Iris KillEagle and Betty Munson, hope you and all others having a birthday this week have a good one! Congratulations to Don and Connie Wilkes on their anniversary.

At the pub: "Ever feel you're the headpin on life's bowling alley and everyone's rolling strikes?"

Have a good week-bundle up and stay warm!

Wink and Terri Cole had a weekend visit from daughter Melinda Cummings and granddaughter Rylee. They were joined on Friday with Kodee Cummings, who was hunting with her Dad Cody and got her first deer! On Sunday, they were joined at church by Steve and Tara Cole and daughters, Averee and Rylee came later and had breakfast with Grandpa and Grandma Cole.
