NOTICE OF ENTRY OF PRELIMINARY DECREE AND NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
ALL WATER USERS NEED TO READ THIS NOTICE
The Montana Water Court has entered its Preliminary Decree for Basin 40E and the Decree is now available for your review.

OBJECTIONS
All objections must be filed on the forms provided by the Water Court and must be received at the Water Court by April 5, 2021. Objections can be filed electronically at [email protected] or sent to Montana Water Court, PO Box 1389, Bozeman, MT 59771.
EXTENSIONS
The Water Court may grant a request for an extension of the time for filing objections. A request for an extension must be received by the Water Court on or before April 5, 2021. If an extension is granted, it will apply to everyone. Any extension will be posted at the offices listed above and will be advertised once in this newspaper.
RIGHT TO APPEAL
If you do not participate in Water Court proceedings, your right to appeal an adverse decision is limited by Section 85-2-235, MCA. If changes were made to your abstract, you may challenge those changes by filing an objection. You may also address DNRC issue remarks by an objection. If there are changes and/or issue remarks on your abstract which are not resolved by an objection, these will be addressed and resolved by the Water Court.

DISPOSITION OF OBSOLETE AND UNDESIRABLE PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given as required by Section 20-6-604, MCA, the Board of Trustees of Malta School District 14A adopted a resolution at a regular trustee meeting on July 13, 2020 to dispose of abandoned, obsolete, unsuitable and undesirable property of minimal value, including but not limited to various tools, computer equipment, office equipment and office furniture. The sale will be held at the back of the Head Start Building (also known as the old Country Home) located at 117 S 9th St W. The date of the sale is set for October 28, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This sale was postponed from the original date of August 14, 2020.
For more information you may phone the school office at 654-1871. Any taxpayer of the district may appeal this resolution to district court anytime prior to the effective date of this resolution. If you are interested in purchasing any of these items, please come to the Head Start Building on October 28, 2020 to view the items and offer a purchase price. The effective day of the resolution will be August 12, 2020.

Notice of November 3, 2020 General Mail Ballot Election; Notice of Close of Regular Voter Registration and Option for Late Registration
Notice is hereby given that in Phillips County on November 3, 2020, a General Federal Election will be held. The election will be conducted by mail ballot. All active and inactive electors of Phillips County are entitled to vote in the election.
Ballots will be mailed to active electors only beginning on October 9, 2020. If you do not receive a ballot, contact the elections office at 406-654-2423 for instruction on how to register or update your registration to receive a ballot.
No polling places will be open on election day. In-person registration, voting and ballot drop-off is available at the county elections office located in the County Courthouse at 314 S 2nd Ave W, Malta MT.
Regular* registration for the election will close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2020.
Citizens are encouraged to register before this deadline, vote their mail ballot, and return their voted ballot in person to the election office at 314 S 2nd Ave W or by mail one week prior to election day. Postage is pre-paid on mail ballot return envelopes.
To request the voter registration application, please call the elections office at 406-654-2423. If you have moved, please update your registration information by completing the voter registration application and submitting it to the county election office.
*If you miss the October 26th regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by appearing in person at the county election office up to and including on Election Day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before Election Day, you can complete and submit a voter registration application, but you will need to return to the election office on Election Day to pick up and vote a ballot.
