Let's talk seasoning

I can’t think of anything else to talk about, so let’s talk seasoning.

The earliest memory of seasoning meat was when I saw my parents seasoning chicken quarters that they would oven roast. They would use Lawry’s Seasoning and other basic seasonings including garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

I probably forgot something but that is how I remember it. I remember them using a base of Lawry’s for almost every protein that we ate. When I went to college, I wanted to try something different, so I invested what little money I had in frozen pizzas, chicken breasts, a George Foreman grill...
