One Nation, Under God
The Great Plains Dinosaur Museum has been open for two weeks and I’m happy to report that many people have stopped to see just what we had behind the big green metal walls! Since we were locked down or not open due to COVID 19 until June 1 I was a bit concerned with how we would be received once we were able to open again. I’m happy to say that we have had 140 visitors from all over Montana. Other visitors came from Idaho, Minnesota, North Dakota, Florida, Wyoming, California, Wyoming, Wisconsin, and New York!
We have had four scientists stop in from other facilities, Two Medicine Dinosaur Center and Makoshika Visitors Center!
Cary Woodruff has had a few days to explore in other areas for deposits and has spent some time re-jacketing a fossil that was left in the field.
I’m looking forward to a great summer season so please stop in and visit us at the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum!
