NOTICE TO MALTA IRRIGATION DISTRICT WATER USERS:

In response to the Drop 5 failure, in order to conserve water and extend the irrigation season, Malta Irrigation District (MID) will be shutting down ditches and laterals from June 22, 2020-July 6, 2020. Ditches will be turned back on for a partial irrigation contingent on the available water supply. MID currently has a shutoff date for the irrigation season set at July 29, 2020.

If you would like more information on the irrigation season or on Drop 5,

please stop by the District office or call Russell at (406) 654-1440.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Corrected Order Approving Guardianship regarding, E.C., the child who is the subject of proceedings, has been filed in Cause No. DN-18-02 in Montana Seventeenth Judicial District Court, in Phillips County by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Child and Family Services Division. The order appoints persons to be guardians for the child and is hereby served upon you at this time. The child's father is Greg Fucich.

YOU ARE HEREBY DIRECTED to appear at the hearing regarding the Corrected Order Approving Guardianship that is set on July 27, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Phillps County Courthouse located at Malta, Montana, then and there to show cause, if any you may have, why the guardianship of the child should not remain in place. Your failure to appear at the hearing will constitute a denial of interest in the child, and will result in the guardianship being made permanent and the suspension of your parental rights. You have the right to be represented by an attorney. If you are unable to afford an attorney, the Court will have an attorney appointed to represent you.

NOTICE OF ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS

The Malta Irrigation District will receive sealed bids for the repair of the MID office building roof, including labor and materials. Bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at the Malta Irrigation District (MID) Office – 509 S 3rd Street E, Malta, MT. Proposals will be opened at the 1:00 p.m. MID meeting on June 10, 2020. Contractors must be licensed in order to bid. For any questions, please contact Russell Brookie at (406) 654-1440. Malta Irrigation reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
