One Nation, Under God
We have been really been enjoying some warm spring days although the wind always seems to blow every day. We have always had a lot of wind but not every day!
Every thing is still very quiet around town as all seem to be still being very careful and isolating themselves even if some places are opening up a little again.
Terri Cole has been delivering lunches from the center on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and has made several trips to Malta for things. Polly Solberg is still helping at Eva Bruckners in Malta.
Yards are getting greener and gardens are getting planted. My two plum trees are in full bloom and are so beautiful in all their white blossoms. I also have yellow and red tulips blooming.
The Catholic Church has been having in house services this month but the Lutheran Church will not have any in house services until the 24th. They had earlier thought to have them on Mother's Day but plans were changed. Keep the date in mind.
Hope all the Mothers had a good Mother's Day. It was a nice day here with the sun shining but a little cool. This next week is supposed to be on the cooler side again.
We welcomed in another great grandson to our family on May 4th in Virginia. He is our 26th great grand child and is the grandson of Bud and Karen Cribley. Congratulations to Cody and Gene.
Birthday greetings to all having a birthday this week and congratulations to all having an anniversary! Top of the day to you all!!
Developing the mind is important, but developing a conscience is the most precious gift parents can give their children.
