We have had two small rain showers that have made things look so much greener --looks like spring has finally decided to join us. Now if we could just cut down on the wind every day!

Steve Cole and their family were up doing some building on a deck for Wink and Terrie Cole. Getting set for the summer outside the season.
There will be services at the Lutheran Church on Sunday, May 10 (Mothers Day) for the first time in several weeks. The Catholic Church has held services for the last two weeks.
The school board has decided that there would not be any school classes at the school until fall. There are only a couple more weeks left until school would be letting out for the summer anyway.
I have three brave yellow tulips that are blooming and my plum trees are in bloom. So far the apple tree hasn't leafed out much nor is in bloom. Hopefully, it will bloom so it will produce some apples this year.
Thanks to the county crew for pushing garbage onto the pit again at the dumps ——people had again been so careless and dumped anywhere instead of getting near the pit.
Some places are starting to open up for business again after being shut down for a few weeks because of the coronavirus scare-- but hopefully, on a watchful basis —there is still danger!
