PROPOSED CHANGE: THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE, PLACE OF USE, POINT OF DIVERSION(S), AND ADD STORAGE. THE CHANGE IN PURPOSE WOULD REMOVE WETLANDS AS A BENEFICIAL USE. THE PROPOSED CHANGE IN POINT OF DIVERSION WOULD REMOVE THREE POINTS OF DIVERSION. THE CHANGE TO THE PLACE OF USE WOULD RETIRE THE WETLANDS IN ORDER TO REVERT THE CLAIM TO THE HISTORICAL IRRIGATION OF 430 ACRES. THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS. THIS CHANGE APPLICATION IS NOT PROPOSING ANY CONSTRUCTION. THIS CHANGE AUTHORIZATION IS PROPOSING TO SHIFT THE EXISTING WETLANDS TO ANOTHER EXISTING WATER RIGHT.
