Box 200701, Helena, MT 59620-0701, for the: Malta Area Migratory Bird Stamp Wetland 2020 Repairs Project, FWP # 7115105 Near Malta, MT.
Bids shall be submitted on the form provided within the Contract Documents.

A refundable deposit of -0- is required for each plan set.
THERE WILL BE NO PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH FOR THIS PROJECT.

All bids over $25,000.00 must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instruction to Bidders.
