One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for February 19, 2020

After another week of warmer, then colder weather, making it melt and then turn to solid ice so it is hard to walk, it has again turned slightly colder and is threatening some snow again in the next few days. It was so nice to have the few days so warm and not too much wind.

Terri Cole is improving from her slip on the ice and hitting her head so hard. She had to pay another visit to the doctor for bad head-aches from the fall.

Polly Solberg has been in Malta a couple days this week helping with caring for Eva Bruckner while Orvin and Thea are visiting their son and family.

Several people in the community have not been feeling well this week and are afraid they might have the flu that seems to be going around. Watch yourselves and take care of yourself if you start feeling like you might be coming down with it.

Dodson won their basketball games again this week. Congratulations kids.

Nice to have Jerry and Bonnie Lankford back from their trip safe and happy.

Birthday greetings are sent to Jerry Lankford and Bobby Cole and anniversary congratulations to all celebrating one this week.

Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.

Watch your step. Have a good week.
