Pro landscaper to be at next Dirt Dauber meeting

Malta Dirt Daubers invites the public to a special gardening event on Sat. Feb. 8 1 pm at the PC Museum. Professional landscaper Ben Haugen will give suggestions on designing and implementing a small flower bed. Helpful suggestions will be offered about which type of flowers should be placed in various types of soil. Size and shapes of flower beds and rock gardens and their locations with regards to sun and shade will be considered . Interested gardeners can bring pictures or lists of flowers and other shrubs they are considering. Help will be given on planning out flower beds or rock gardens. Public in invited but Dirt Daubers ask for an RSVP to Jane E at 654 1866.
